We offer Christ-centered and ministry-oriented theological programs to help you grow in your faith and calling: 

Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.)

A comprehensive 3–4 year degree program for those seeking in-depth theological education, leadership training, and pastoral formation. 

Duration: 3 years (can be extended) 

Prerequisite: 10+2 / Dip.Th 

Medium: English/Kannada/Telugu (Online or Correspondence) 

Diploma in Theology

A 2-year program ideal for aspiring pastors, evangelists, or lay leaders seeking strong biblical foundations. 

Duration: 1–2 years 

Prerequisite: C.Th or equivalent 

Medium: English/Kannada/Telugu (Online or Correspondence) 

Certificate in Theology

A 1-year program designed for church members and beginners desiring to deepen their understanding of God’s Word. 

Duration: 6–12 months 

Prerequisite : Below 10th Grade 

 

🎓 Pastoral Ministry Programs

Diploma in Pastoral Ministry (Dip.PM)

A practical and spiritually formative program designed for those who are preparing for local church leadership, lay ministry, or entry-level pastoral roles. 

🔹 Eligibility: 

■ Minimum qualification: 10th grade pass (SSLC or equivalent) 

■ Must have a personal commitment to Christ and a desire to serve in ministry 

■ Recommendation from a pastor or church leader (preferred) 

📄 Requirements: 

■ Completion of all core courses. 

■ Practical ministry involvement (church internship or fieldwork) 

■ Submission of assignments, final project, and oral or written exams 

■ Duration: 1.5 to 2 years (Flexible for part-time learners) 

Bachelor in Pastoral Ministry (B.PM)

An in-depth theological and ministerial program that equips future pastors, evangelists, and ministry leaders for full-time vocational ministry. 

🔹 Eligibility: 

■ Minimum qualification: 12th grade pass (PUC or equivalent) 

■ Active involvement in church or ministry setting 

■ Recommendation letter from a pastor, elder, or church leader 

■ Basic English, Kannada, or Telugu literacy (depending on medium of instruction) 

📄 Requirements: 

■ Completion of all academic modules 

■ Field ministry training and practical assignments 

■ Final ministry project or thesis 

■ Duration: 3 to 4 years, depending on the mode of study (online, blended, or correspondence)

Mode of Study

At Grace Ville Theological College and Seminary,  we are committed to making theological education accessible and flexible for students from all walks of life. To accommodate the diverse needs of our learners—whether in cities, towns, or remote villages—we offer three convenient modes of study: 

Blended Learning

Blended Learning Mode is designed to combine the convenience of online education with the depth and personal connection of in-person instruction. This flexible model is ideal for students who seek academic excellence, spiritual formation, and community interaction—all in a manageable weekly rhythm.

Key Features:

Online Study Throughout the Week.

Attend Live or Recorded Classes

Participate in optional live Zoom or Google meet sessions for interactive learning and Q and A with faculty, or access pre-recorded lectures.

Weekly In-Person Classroom Session.

Students attend one day of on-campus or local center classes each week for live teaching, group discussions, practical ministry training, and mentorship.

Online Learning

Our Online Learning Mode is designed for students who prefer digital learning and have consistent internet access. It offers flexibility, structure, and direct access to faculty support. 

Key Features:

Digital Assignment Submission

Submit all assignments, projects, and exams electronically via email or our learning platform.

Live Classes

Participate in optional Zoom or Google meet sessions for live interaction with faculty.

Ongoing Academic Support

Receive guidance and mentoring through email, chat, or video calls with instructors.

Correspondence Learning

Our Correspondence Learning Mode is ideal for students in rural areas or those who prefer printed study materials and offline learning.

Printed or Digital Study Packs

Receive course materials through post, courier, or email, depending on your location and preference. 

Flexible Self-Paced Learning

Study independently according to your own schedule, without the need for internet access. 

Offline Assignment Submission

Complete assignments by hand or printed, and submit them through post or scan and email them to the college. 

Support via Phone or Offline Communication

Get academic assistance through phone calls or scheduled local center visits, if applicable.
