Grace Ville Theological College and Seminary is the education arm of Grace Ville Apostolic International Ministries (R), established in 2021 under divine direction. This institution was born out of the Kingdom vision and burden carried by Apostle Dr. Tom Chin and Rev. Dr. Melson J, to raise a generation of disciples who will walk in Kingdom purpose and authority.  

We believe that Jesus Christ came to establish His Kingdom on earth, and every believer is called to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Our seminary exists to equip and disciple young men and women to understand, live out, and advance the Kingdom of God in every area of life and ministry. 

Our training goes beyond academics—it is about transforming hearts, renewing minds, and preparing Kingdom citizens to represent the King with integrity, power, and love. We are committed to raising leaders who will influence the church, society, and nations according to the values and principles of God’s eternal Kingdom.
